About Me
My name is Michael. I’m a Bible believing, Bible practicing Christian and a member of All Saints Church in Clapham, London. I am a 40-something, British born Nigerian living in London (with my amazing wife, Christiana) and the third born out of four children. I am a Bible teacher, lay preacher and author whose passion is to see everyday Christians grow in biblical literacy, theological understanding and a deeper walk with God. I enjoy making the Bible accessible with an engaging, “jargon-free” teaching style. I started teaching the Bible at university, where I led small groups as part of the Christian Union at Lancaster University and led an evangelistic campus mission. I’ve also led workplace Bible studies and founded the Christian Network at my workplace. In addition, I ran a popular online expository Bible study class. I’ve had a long and distinguished career in technology at varying levels, including leadership.
I have been known to “dabble” in playwriting and filmmaking. I have a passion to help Christians dig deeper into the Scriptures, grow in their love for God and share (and defend) their faith effectively. I’m a HUGE movie and theatre fan, a reasonably avid reader and have varied musical tastes including Gospel, worship music, rock, hip hop and neo soul!
